SIMIEN 6.1

SIMIEN is a building energy modeling and compliance tool developed by ProgramByggerne ANS. It helps architects, engineers, and energy consultants evaluate and document the energy performance of residential and nonresidential buildings in line with Norwegian standards and building regulations, including NS 3031 and the TEK requirements. It is widely used for design support, renovation studies, and energy labeling.

Key capabilities:

• Accounts for air leakage, ventilation and heat recovery, heating and cooling systems, domestic hot water, lighting, and equipment
